Credit Sales

ERM acts as the owner's exclusive agent for five mitigaiton banks and one conservation bank in Florida. The credit sales process involves the coordination of credit buyers and their consultants. ERM's network of over 1,000 contacts in the land devleopment arena in Florida gives us an opportunity to see and track issues and trends in land development and wetland permitting.
